1. INTRODUCTION AND AGREEMENT

This Privacy Policy and Subscription Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Bahama Group LLC (“Publisher,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) and any individual who purchases, subscribes to, or uses the Publisher’s subscription service associated with an Amazon Alexa Blueprint, Alexa Skill, or related content (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

The Publisher provides subscription services that may grant eligible customers access to specified content, features, information, functionality, or other benefits associated with the Publisher’s Alexa Blueprint or Skill (“Subscription Service”).

The subscription relationship described in this Agreement is between the Customer and the Publisher. Amazon provides the Alexa platform and any associated services subject to Amazon’s own terms, policies, and technical requirements.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the subscription terms in this Agreement. By providing personal information in connection with the subscription, you acknowledge the privacy practices described below, subject to any consent required by applicable law.

This Agreement does not replace Amazon’s applicable terms, policies, or requirements. The Publisher will not distribute, charge for, or provide access to a Blueprint or Skill through a method prohibited by Amazon’s applicable terms.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE AND ACCESS

2.1 Subscription Offering

The Publisher may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to designated content, features, services, or benefits associated with the Publisher’s Alexa Blueprint or Skill.

The particular features included in a subscription will be described on the Publisher’s subscription page, order page, or other customer-facing purchase materials.

A subscription may include, where applicable:

• Access to specified premium content or information.
• Access to subscription-related features or services.
• Updates or additional content offered during the subscription period.
• Call Center Customer support relating to the subscription.
• Other benefits expressly identified in the applicable subscription offer.

The subscription does not grant ownership of Amazon Alexa, the Blueprint platform, or the Skill itself. Access remains subject to the capabilities and restrictions of the applicable Amazon services.

2.2 Subscription Activation

A subscription is established when the Customer completes the Publisher’s authorized enrollment process, accepts the applicable terms, and successfully completes payment or otherwise satisfies the disclosed payment conditions.

Following confirmation, the Publisher will provide instructions for accessing the subscription benefits.

If access depends on activation, account configuration, or availability through Amazon Alexa, the Customer may need to complete the relevant Amazon procedures separately.

Payment for a subscription does not guarantee that Amazon will approve, publish, maintain, or continue to support a particular Blueprint or Skill.

2.3 Customer Eligibility

Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If a Customer is under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must enter into the subscription agreement on the Customer’s behalf where legally required.

Customers agree to provide accurate information during enrollment and to keep their subscription contact details current.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Subscription Fees

The Customer agrees to pay the subscription fee disclosed before completing the purchase.

The applicable offer will identify the subscription price, billing frequency, included benefits, and any other material charges.

Prices may be stated in United States dollars unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes will be handled as required by law and the payment arrangement.

3.2 Payment Processing by the Publisher

Where the Publisher directly accepts subscription payments, payments will be processed through the Publisher’s designated payment method or an authorized third-party payment processor.

The Publisher may use a payment service provider to securely process transactions, manage recurring billing, issue receipts, and support refunds or cancellations.

The payment processor may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The Publisher will generally receive only the transaction information reasonably necessary to administer the subscription, such as payment confirmation, transaction reference, subscription status, billing period, or payment failure notification.

The Publisher does not intend to store complete payment card numbers or security codes.

If Amazon is used to process a particular transaction, that transaction will instead be governed by the applicable Amazon payment and subscription terms. Nothing in this Agreement overrides the payment arrangements actually used.

3.3 Recurring Billing Authorization

IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION NOTICE

If the Customer enrolls in an automatically renewing subscription, the Customer authorizes the Publisher or the designated payment processor to charge the disclosed subscription fee at the stated billing interval until the subscription is canceled.

The Customer will be shown the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedure before completing enrollment.

By completing the purchase and providing the required authorization, the Customer consents to recurring charges through the selected payment method.

The Publisher will not initiate recurring charges without the required authorization or in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

3.4 Payment Failures

If a recurring payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, the Publisher may notify the Customer and request an updated payment method.

Access to paid subscription benefits may be suspended or terminated if payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at enrollment.

The Publisher is not responsible for payment authorization decisions made independently by a bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

3.5 Receipts and Transaction Records

The Publisher or payment processor will provide a payment confirmation or receipt where required by law or supported by the payment system.

The Publisher may maintain transaction records reasonably necessary for accounting, tax compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and dispute resolution.

4. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Unless the purchase offer expressly states otherwise, a subscription identified as automatically renewing will renew for the disclosed billing period until canceled.

The applicable renewal date, price, and billing frequency will be disclosed during enrollment.

The Publisher will provide any notices or obtain any renewed authorization required by applicable law.

4.2 Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their subscription using the cancellation instructions provided by the Publisher or through the relevant payment processor, where applicable.

A cancellation request should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next renewal charge.

Unless otherwise required by law or specified in the subscription offer, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The Customer will generally retain access to the subscribed benefits until that period ends.

The Publisher will not impose a separate cancellation fee unless it is lawful and disclosed before purchase.

Canceling a subscription with the Publisher does not necessarily deactivate an Alexa Blueprint or Skill in the Customer’s Amazon account. Likewise, disabling an Alexa Skill does not necessarily cancel a separate subscription billed by the Publisher.

4.3 Refund Policy

Subscription payments are subject to the refund terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Unless a refund is required by law or provided under the applicable subscription offer, payments for a partially used billing period may be nonrefundable after the subscription period begins.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies.

Where a payment processor or Amazon controls the relevant refund process, the Customer may need to submit the request through that provider.

4.4 Price Changes

The Publisher may change subscription prices prospectively by providing notice and obtaining any consent required by law.

A price change will not authorize a charge inconsistent with the Customer’s existing authorization or applicable legal requirements.

Where renewed consent is required, the revised price will not apply to a renewal until the necessary consent has been obtained.

4.5 Discontinuation of the Service

If the Publisher permanently discontinues the subscription service, the Publisher will provide reasonable notice where practicable and comply with applicable requirements concerning cancellation, continued access, and refunds.

The Publisher will not continue charging for a subscription after it has been canceled or terminated, except for any payment lawfully due under the applicable terms.

5. PRIVACY POLICY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

5.1 Information Collected by the Publisher

The Publisher may collect or receive information necessary to establish and administer the subscription relationship, including:

• Customer name or contact information supplied during enrollment.
• Email address used for subscription communications, if provided.
• Subscription plan, enrollment date, billing period, and cancellation status.
• Payment confirmations, transaction references, and limited billing records.
• Customer support messages and information voluntarily provided in those communications.
• Technical information necessary to maintain or secure the subscription service, where applicable.

The precise information collected will depend on the enrollment method and the services used.

The Publisher will not assume that Amazon automatically provides customer names, email addresses, voice recordings, Amazon account credentials, or other account information.

5.2 Purposes of Processing

The Publisher may use customer information to:

1. Establish and administer subscriptions including Call Center connection.
2. Verify payments and maintain subscription access.
3. Send receipts, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations, and important service communications.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support.
5. Detect fraud, prevent misuse, and protect the security of the subscription service.
6. Maintain accounting, tax, and other legally required records.
7. Comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Customer information will not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis and any consent required by law.

5.3 Sharing with Payment Processors and Service Providers

The Publisher may share information with payment processors, hosting providers, technical service providers, and other authorized service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the subscription.

These providers may process information under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and contractual obligations.

The Publisher will seek to limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

5.4 Amazon and Alexa Platform Information

The Publisher’s subscription service may be used alongside Amazon Alexa and an Alexa Blueprint or Skill.

Amazon independently processes information in connection with its platform according to Amazon’s own terms and privacy notices.

The Publisher’s responsibility under this Agreement is limited to information the Publisher actually receives, collects, or controls. This Agreement does not govern Amazon’s independent data processing.

Customers should review Amazon’s privacy documentation and Alexa settings for information about voice recordings, account data, permissions, and other platform-related privacy controls.

5.5 Data Retention and Security

The Publisher will retain customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer subscriptions, provide support, meet legal obligations, maintain financial records, and resolve disputes.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures will be used to protect information controlled by the Publisher.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

When information is no longer required, the Publisher will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

5.6 Customer Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by the Publisher.

Requests may be submitted using the contact details provided in this Agreement. The Publisher may request reasonable verification before responding.

Information controlled independently by Amazon or a payment processor may need to be accessed, corrected, or deleted through that provider.

5.7 Marketing Communications

The Publisher may send messages reasonably necessary to administer the subscription, including payment confirmations, renewal information, service announcements, and cancellation notices.

Promotional emails or other marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required consent or opt-out rights.

The Publisher will not sell customer personal information for monetary consideration.

5.8 Children’s Privacy

The subscription service is not intended to collect personal information from children under thirteen except where permitted by applicable law and all required safeguards have been implemented.

The Publisher will not knowingly process children’s personal information in violation of applicable law or Amazon’s policies.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate enrollment and billing information.
• Pay the subscription fees they have authorized.
• Keep their payment methods and contact details current.
• Use the subscription service only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with applicable Amazon Alexa and Blueprint terms.
• Avoid unauthorized sharing, resale, or commercial redistribution of subscription-only content.
• Refrain from attempting to bypass subscription controls or interfere with the operation of the service.

A Customer must not use the subscription service in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of the Publisher, Amazon, or another person.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LIMITED ACCESS RIGHTS

The Publisher retains ownership of any original content, written materials, or subscription materials created and lawfully owned by the Publisher, subject to third-party rights and applicable platform licenses.

During an active subscription, the Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscription benefits for the intended personal purpose described in the subscription offer.

The subscription does not transfer ownership of the Publisher’s content, Amazon’s technology, the Blueprint platform, or the Alexa Skill.

All access remains subject to applicable Amazon platform terms and technical limitations.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND TERMINATION

The Publisher will make reasonable efforts to provide the subscription benefits described in the applicable offer.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, outages, technical failures, changes to Amazon services, or circumstances outside the Publisher’s reasonable control.

The Publisher may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or platform restrictions.

Where termination affects an active paid subscription, the Publisher will handle remaining access, cancellation, and any applicable refund in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

The Publisher cannot guarantee that Amazon will continuously support, publish, or make available a particular Blueprint or Skill.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The subscription service is provided subject to the features and availability described at purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the subscription service.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Amazon is a separate platform provider. This Agreement does not make Amazon a party to the Publisher’s subscription contract or transfer the Publisher’s independent obligations to Amazon.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.

Disputes concerning the Publisher’s subscription service will be addressed through the courts or other dispute resolution procedures having proper jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section waives non-waivable consumer rights or restricts a Customer from contacting an appropriate regulator.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

The Publisher may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the subscription service, payment arrangements, privacy practices, applicable Amazon requirements, or law.

The updated Agreement will identify its revised effective date and will be made available through the Publisher’s designated website or subscription page.

Where required by law, the Publisher will provide advance notice of material changes or obtain additional consent before implementing them.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that a Customer has already acquired under applicable law.

The Customer should not include passwords, full payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support requests.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the relationship between the Publisher and the Customer concerning the Publisher’s subscription service, subject to the applicable purchase disclosures and any mandatory legal requirements.

Amazon’s terms continue to govern the Customer’s use of Amazon Alexa, the Blueprint platform, and any associated Amazon services.

If a provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Before using this agreement, confirm these three details:

• Payment collection: Set up an actual payment processor that supports recurring billing, cancellation, refunds, and receipts. The agreement alone does not create those capabilities.
• Skill access: Define exactly how a paid subscriber receives access to the Blueprint or Skill, and ensure that the access method is permitted by Amazon.
• Subscription disclosures: Display the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and refund policy before the customer authorizes payment. Florida and other applicable laws may impose additional requirements.

Replace all placeholders with your actual publisher information and service details before publishing.
